Uncle Jay Visits

Jamie's brother, and extrodinary chef, Jay came to visit on a whim in late January. Our frequent flier miles, and a few free days on his schedule combined very nicely. Jay stayed home with Henry (it was during the week) and they had a blast. As usual, we ate VERY well while he was here. Here are a few of the meals he prepared, just off the top of his head...
