Summer has officially started, albeit about a month late. We took a walk downtown and went to the fountains there. They're the kind that squirt at seemingly random intervals and invariably catch some overly curious kid in the face (see below...). Henry had a great time. He was running from fountain to fountain squeeling, broken by moments of deep contemplation while watching some of the older kids. Dad managed to keep the camera dry throughout. Mostly.

Watching the other kids was almost as much fun as playing in the fountain. You just have to watch out where you stop to look.
